产品描述:

NTC(负温度系数)热敏电阻是一种热敏性半导体电阻器,其电阻值随着温度的升高而下降,电阻温度系数在-2%/k~-6%/k范围内,约为金属电阻温度系数的10倍。NTC热敏电阻器电阻值的变化可以由外部环境温度的变化引起,也可以因有电流流过,自身发热而造成。他的各种用途都是基于这种特性。NTC热敏电阻器由混合氧化物的多晶陶瓷构成。这种材料的导电机理是相当复杂的。

备注:MF54系列电子体温计热敏电阻30欧档测温精度为37度时误差小于±0.012度 50欧档测温误差小于±0.022度该热敏电阻的分辨率可达±0.01℃,精确度可达±0.02℃,反应速度<2.8秒,产品稳定性好,电阻年漂移率≤0.1%(相当于小于0.025℃)。经国内外用户反复论证和权威机构检测,产品性能已完全达到了如日本等世界先进NTC生产企业的水平,并远超于韩国、台湾。2007年,这一产品获得了国家科技部创新基金的无偿资助 ,2009年通过国家科技部专家组的项目验收。此外,该产品还获得江苏省高新技术产品称号,由于产品的出色性能,该研究项目2009年获得了南京市科技进步奖。
